This weekend can be summed up in one word: flick. Choose from two different big-screen flicks on Saturday evening, flick your tail-feather in free fitness classes in Harbor East, and flick open some crabs at Rash Field to celebrate summer.

FIT + Fitness Festival in Harbor East

Stretch, strain, and stretch at free fitness classes hosted by The MAC, Under Armour Brand House, lululemon athletica, and Charm City Run. There will be a DJ, healthy food and drinks from Whole Foods, giveaways, and raffle prizes. RSVP for complimentary parking.
