From 2 to 3:30 p.m. join the workshop to learn a variety of meditation practices and find the one that best suits you. Beginners and newbies to meditation are welcome. Bring an open mind, a journal, and something to write with. Tickets are $25.
On Thursday, February 16 Rev Cycle opened a studio in Brewer’s Hill. This weekend, swing by and take your first ride (free) to welcome another fitness business to the neighborhood. REV Brewers Hill is located at 3700 Toone Street on the first floor of the Hanover Apartments. While currently in its soft launch phase, cycle-aficionados can browse classes and instructors available in Brewer’s Hill now and go for their first spin.
Sometimes being well is finding a new favorite haunt or local business to frequent with friends. This Saturday, February 18, Old Line Spirits invites you to their Grand Opening. Join the party from noon to 6 p.m. and take part in tours, tastings, bottle sales, and food from Snake Hill and beer from Monument City Brewing. Old Line Spirits is located at 200 S Janney Blvd.

Meet new people, learn more about local businesses, talk with professionals about how to personalize your wellness lifestyle, and sample products and services to help define your personal wellness path. The crawl begins at Atwater’s Canton Crossing with Gundalow Juice, and travels to the Vitamin Shoppe, M.Power Yoga, and PURE Integrated Health Services Foundation.
