Delicious Detox?! You bet!

Our favorite Chef is at it again, kicking off 2014 with a Detox cooking class.  On January 23rd at Blue Moon Cafe at 7:15 p.m., you can learn how to make (and sample) triple berry protein breakfast smoothie, warm winter oats with maple, banana & walnuts, salmon and winter veggie stir-fry, and garlic & ginger fried wild rice.

This class is a great date night activity or night out with friends. It’s BYOB so bring your favorite beverage to sip as you sample all the delights Chef Egg will whip up. Tickets are only $5, so get one right away as they will sell out quickly.
